Co-design guide

This guide is about how to better co-design with people with dementia. Unlike the traditional co-design methods which require participants to think abstractly and express themselves verbally, this guide leads you through a modified version of co-design, helping you to uncover unmet needs in people with dementia.

You are encouraged to go through this guide and pick out what is helpful for you before organising a co-design session. This guide is developed based on a published scoping review. You can click open the guide with the button below.

P.S. we can co-design with users remotely if we are creative enough, here you can find some inspirations. This video is not about co-designing with people with dementia specifically, but you might be able to adapt these learnings to your own project.
